Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data the marketing site at motice.ai processes and why. The site does not track visitors for advertising or analytics; demo enquiries are collected through a HubSpot form.

This text covers the motice.ai marketing site only: the pages you are reading, demo enquiries and the emails you send us.
Data inside the Motice application — a studio’s own records of its members, bookings and payments — is OUTSIDE the scope of this policy. There the studio is the data controller; Motice acts as a processor, on the studio’s behalf and on the instructions set out in the service agreement.
If you need clarity on which side your question falls, write to hello@motice.ai.
When you visit the site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any internet server, that infrastructure keeps technical logs. We do not generate them and we do not mine them for marketing; they are part of the hosting layer that keeps the site available and safe.
- Data processed: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested, browser and operating system string (user agent), and the referring address if there is one.
- Purpose: Keeping the site available, blocking abuse and attacks (DDoS, bots), diagnosing technical faults.
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest in the security of the service (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK, art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6(1)(f) where it applies to you).
- Retention: For as long as the hosting provider keeps its own technical logs. We neither copy nor archive them separately.
When you write to us or ask for a demo
Demo enquiries arrive through the Motice form on the page or by email to hello@motice.ai. When you submit the form, the information is sent directly to HubSpot and kept in the customer record in Motice’s account.
We process what you choose to share: your name, your studio or business name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and any other information you enter in the form.
- Purpose: Replying to you, scheduling a demo call and preparing a quote for your studio.
- Legal basis: Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) where it applies to you).
- Retention: If no business relationship follows, the correspondence is deleted within 12 months at the latest. If a contract is signed, commercial and tax law set the retention period.
- Marketing: We do not send bulk promotional email to that address unless you separately ask us to. There is no newsletter.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, art. 11) you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request erasure or destruction of the data within the conditions set by law.
- Request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to.
- Object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis of the data.
- Claim compensation for damage suffered because of unlawful processing.
If you are in the EEA or the UK
The site is operated from Türkiye and Turkish data protection law applies to it. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR nevertheless applies to you, the equivalent rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest — are honoured through the same channel below, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
How to reach us
To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@motice.ai. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest, to the extent we can verify your identity.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Security
The site is static: there is no database or application layer writing visitor data on our own server. All traffic is carried over HTTPS, and HSTS tells your browser to use an encrypted connection only. The content security policy (CSP) loads only our own resources and permits the form submission connection to the HubSpot API.
What you submit through the form is kept in our HubSpot account, and what you send by email is kept in our mailbox; access to both is limited to the people who need it.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is renewed. The date does not move unless the way the site handles data actually changes — so it marks a real change, not a redeploy.
