A waitlist isn’t a list. It’s revenue.
If the next member doesn’t move in when a spot opens, that evening closes short.
Motice is AI-powered management software for yoga studios. The weekly schedule, member packages, bookings and the waiting queue all sit in one place, and when a spot opens the next member in line moves into the class on their own.

What’s inside Motice?
A real day in the studio
The evening class is full and three people are waiting. When a cancellation lands, whether that spot fills is a question of system, not attention.
If the next member doesn’t move in when a spot opens, that evening closes short.
Whoever signed up first goes in first. Not whoever saw the message first.
A member reserves that week only. Next week is their own decision.
From the studio

Does the waitlist really move on its own?
See it runningMember portal
Your member picks a class, cancels and checks their credits from their own phone. If the class is full they join the waitlist, and you don’t have to tell anyone.
Whatever your cancellation rule is, the portal follows it.
If a class is full the member joins the list, and when a spot opens the next in line is notified.
What you can do
From the waiting queue to the weekly booking, every movement is recorded so you can build the next class better.
The status you mark also writes the member’s balance. A no-show needs a reason, and once a register is marked it cannot be changed without leaving a trace.
The first eligible member in line moves into the class. A member out of credits keeps their place and is considered again at the next opening.
The moment a member uses a class, the instructor’s earning lands in their balance.
A trainer opens their own day. They cannot reach revenue or another trainer’s schedule.
Who changed what, and when, stays on the record. A correction does not erase history, it is written on top of it.
You see how many are waiting for each class. The decision to add a session comes from a number, not a hunch.
Members reserve each week themselves. Nobody appears booked into a class they never agreed to attend.
You hand over the sessions from here on in one step. The past is untouched, and the new earnings agreement is set in the same step.
The interface, the package logic and the reports were all shaped around how studios here actually operate.

Class schedule and bookings
Vinyasa, hatha, restorative. Different class types and instructors on one calendar. When a class fills, the waitlist takes over, and the moment a spot opens the next member is booked in and gets their email.

Getting started
From day one everyone looks at the same information. Enter your members, set up the studio, invite the team.
Add your members and their remaining credits. From day one your team and your members see the same balance.
Class types, capacities, trainer schedules and your cancellation rule are configured around how you work.
Trainers sign in with their own accounts, members through a portal invitation. We stay with you through the first week.
Most studios start with a spreadsheet and WhatsApp. As classes and members grow, neither saves time any more; they produce mistakes.
| Daily job | Spreadsheet + WhatsApp | Motice |
|---|---|---|
| Booking a class | The member posts in the group, someone sees it and writes it in the sheet | The member picks their own spot and capacity drops instantly |
| When a class fills | The “any spots yet?” messages start in the group | The member joins the waitlist, and the next in line is notified when a spot opens |
| Remaining class credits | Counted by hand from the sheet when asked | The member sees it instantly on their own screen |
| Instructor schedule | A separate message or screenshot to everyone | The instructor sees the current schedule from their own account |
| Month-end takings | Sheets get merged and someone hunts for what is missing | Sales and payment records come straight out of a report |
| Data safety | The file sits on several phones and versions get mixed up | One source, a database isolated per studio |
Let this be the last week you track full classes by hand.
When a member books a class they reserve that week only. Later weeks are chosen separately, around their own schedule.
When a spot opens, the front of the queue is considered first. A member who needs to renew keeps their place while they wait.
One-off workshops go on the calendar with their own name and capacity; regular classes go on with their repeat pattern.
Members book from their own account and see their remaining credits. They never reach the admin screens.
Pricing
A small studio and a multi-instructor centre do not pay the same. Three things set the price, and we share a firm quote in the demo.
Active members
Scaled to you
We count members with an active package in the period, not every record in the system.
The modules you use
As much as you need
Calendar, members and package tracking are the core. Sales, instructor earnings and the member portal switch on separately.
Team size
Per user
Studio manager, reception and instructor accounts are separate roles.
We share the quote at the end of the demo call, based on the size of your studio.
Motice is studio management software for yoga studios. It keeps the weekly class schedule, bookings, waitlists, member packages, attendance and income tracking in one system. The same platform is also used by pilates studios, gyms and wellness centres.
When a class fills, the member joins the queue, and waiting costs no credit. The moment a spot opens, the first eligible member in line is booked in and gets their email. The spot goes to whoever is in line, not whoever saw a message first. A member out of credits is skipped but keeps their place.
Every package is defined by a credit count and a validity window, for example 10 classes valid for 60 days. A member can hold more than one open package, and a booking draws from the one that matches and expires soonest.
In one operation. Sessions after the date you choose are handed to someone else and the past is untouched. The new instructor’s earnings agreement can be set in the same step; the operation asks for confirmation and is logged.
No, booking is week by week. A member reserves that week only and decides on the next week themselves. A six-week course is set up to run for six weeks and sold as a six-class package, but the member takes each week’s spot themselves.
An instructor signs in with their own account and sees only their own schedule. They reach the attendee list and take attendance, but cannot reach revenue or another instructor’s schedule.
Your member signs in through a link you send. They see open classes, book and cancel, and follow their remaining credits. They can add the link to their phone’s home screen as a shortcut.
You record a sale with its credit count, validity and amount. Payment can be cash, bank transfer, card on your own terminal, or free of charge. Collected and outstanding amounts stay separate.
You add a one-off workshop to the schedule with its own name and capacity. For a workshop priced separately, you open a single-day class and give it its own class package; capacity, booking and attendance work exactly as they do for any other class.
Once you have created the member record you enter their remaining credits as an opening balance. Who added it and on what grounds goes on the record, and every later use is followed from the same history.
Each studio’s data is held separately and the system itself enforces the separation, so even a software bug will not put another studio’s member in front of you. If the Motice support team enters your account, that is logged too.
On your active member count and the modules you use. We share a firm quote in the demo, based on your size.
This page is in English, but the Motice interface is in Turkish. Your reception team, your instructors and your members all use a Turkish interface. If your staff work in Turkish and you would rather read about the product in English, that is exactly the case Motice fits today. An English interface is not available.
See the system with your own members. We will plan the setup together and stay with you through the first week.
