A membership isn’t a date. It’s something you track.
When a member walks in, their credits and their payment are in front of you at once. Nobody is left waiting.
Motice is AI-powered management software for gyms and fitness studios. Member balances, PT bookings, group classes and payments all come together in one place, so reception no longer lives on the phone and month-end no longer turns into an argument.

What’s inside Motice?
Why Motice?
Six in the evening, and the door opens and closes without a break. The only thing you can trust: the balance on the screen.
When a member walks in, their credits and their payment are in front of you at once. Nobody is left waiting.
Two members cannot be booked into the same slot. Motice refuses the booking in the first place.
Trainers don’t wait for month-end. Every session they teach lands on their balance.

What you can do
Check-in, PT session, class and payment all belong to the same day. Motice keeps them in one member history.
The status you mark also writes the member’s balance. A no-show needs a reason, and once a register is marked it cannot be changed without leaving a trace.
When a spot opens, the next member on the list is moved in. You don’t have to do anything.
The moment a member spends a credit, the trainer’s earning lands in the ledger.
A trainer opens their own day. They cannot reach revenue or another trainer’s schedule.
Who changed what, and when — all of it stays on the record. A correction does not erase history, it is written on top of it.
Every movement has its own record: who did it, why, and how many were left after. The argument ends there.
Validity extends by the days frozen; credits do not increase. You set the annual quota and reception cannot change it.
A flat amount or a percentage: at month-end you see revenue and hours taught, per trainer.
The interface, the membership logic and the reports were all shaped around how gyms here actually operate.

Memberships, sessions and classes
One member can hold three open packages at once, and Motice decides which one to draw from. A clashing booking is never written at all.

Member portal
Your member books a group class, picks a PT slot, cancels. They can see their remaining credits themselves, so they stop asking.
Whatever your cancellation rule is, the portal follows it.
They see their remaining credits and expiry date on their own screen.
Try it with your own member list. We will get to know your gym and plan the setup together.
Getting started
From day one everyone looks at the same information. Enter your members, set up the gym, invite the team.
Add your members and their remaining credits. From day one your team and your members see the same balance.
Class types, capacities, trainer schedules and your cancellation rule are configured around how you work.
Trainers sign in with their own accounts, members through a portal invitation. We stay with you through the first week.
Most gyms start with a spreadsheet, a notebook and WhatsApp. Once membership hits three figures, all three start producing mistakes.
| Daily job | Spreadsheet + notebook | Motice |
|---|---|---|
| Membership status | Reception checks a sheet that may be an old copy | Package and payment status, current, on one screen |
| Booking a group class | The member calls or messages, someone writes it in the book | The member picks their own spot and capacity drops instantly |
| Scheduling a PT session | Arranged with the trainer by phone, clashes happen | Chosen against trainer availability, clashes are blocked |
| Remaining session credits | Counted by hand from the book when asked | The member sees it instantly on their own screen |
| A membership that is not renewed | Goes unnoticed, the member quietly disappears | Expiring and unrenewed memberships show up in a report |
| Month-end takings | Sheets get merged and someone hunts for what is missing | Sales and payment records come straight out of a report |
Don’t close another month on guesswork.
When a member asks about their balance, you never guess. Who used what, and when, is on the record.
One-to-one (PT) credits don’t count towards a group class. Nobody gains a session, nobody loses one.
The moment a session closes, the trainer’s earning is recorded automatically. You do no month-end arithmetic.
They book, cancel and check their remaining credits from their own phone.
Pricing
A boutique studio and a multi-trainer facility do not pay the same. Three things set the price, and we share a firm quote in the demo.
Active members
Scaled to you
We count members with an active membership in the period, not every record in the system.
The modules you use
As much as you need
Calendar, members and membership tracking are the core. Sales, trainer earnings and the member portal switch on separately.
Team size
Per user
Gym manager, reception and trainer accounts are separate roles.
We share the quote at the end of the demo call, based on the size of your gym.
Motice is gym management software. It ties member packages, PT bookings, capacity-limited group classes, attendance and payments to one member history. Packages are defined by a credit count and a validity window, for example 12 PT sessions valid for 90 days.
A check-in is always recorded against an existing booking or class registration. Checked in, late, did not attend, excused and no-show are separate statuses, and the effect each one has on credits is visible as you mark it.
You record a sale with its credit count, validity and amount. Payment can be cash, bank transfer, card on your own terminal, or free of charge. Collected and outstanding amounts stay separate, and overdue balances are grouped by age.
You open the credit movement history. Every movement is its own record: who made it, on what grounds, and how many credits were left afterwards. A refund and a reversal are kept apart too. One returns a credit that was used, the other removes one that was not.
Yes, but you set the rule. Nobody can freeze anything until you decide how many days a year you allow. Validity extends by the number of days frozen and the credit count does not change; unfreeze early and the unused days come back. Reception can apply a freeze but cannot change the quota.
You set a flat amount or a percentage for each trainer, and the earning is calculated when a member spends a credit. The rate is stored with the agreement in force that day, so later changes do not rewrite history. The monthly statement shows confirmed and upcoming amounts separately.
Motice is designed for single-location gyms. In the demo call we listen to how your business is structured and work out together how the setup would fit you.
Every staff member signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows. A trainer reaches their own schedule and attendee list and takes attendance, but cannot reach revenue. Reception handles member records, bookings and payments.
Once you have created the member record you enter their remaining credits as an opening balance. Who added it and on what grounds goes on the record, and every later use is followed from the same history.
Each gym’s data is held separately and the system itself enforces the separation, so even a software bug will not put another gym’s member in front of you. If the Motice support team enters your account, that is logged too.
This page is in English, but the Motice interface is in Turkish. Your reception team, your trainers and your members all use a Turkish interface. If your staff work in Turkish and you would rather read about the product in English, that is exactly the case Motice fits today. An English interface is not available.
