Comparison
Mindbody presents itself as a platform trusted by 40k+ businesses; Motice is a management product built around how boutique studios in Türkiye actually run. Every point below is drawn from pages the vendors publish themselves.
Mindbody’s pricing page lists three plans — Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate — and all three show a “Let’s talk” button instead of an amount. No list price is published.
Motice publishes no figure either, and says why: the price is set by active member count, the modules in use, and team size. On this point there is no practical difference between the two products — both require a conversation to get a quote.
Presenting this row as a "Motice advantage" would be dishonest; the two products stand in the same place here.
Plan contents from the pricing page, in the vendor’s own terms:
Business management tools, integrated payments, branded website booking widgets, a website for the business, a listing on the Mindbody app, and basic reporting.
Everything in Starter plus powerful analytics and reporting, room and resource management, “Client Pick-a-Spot”, promo codes, and access to premium add-ons.
Everything in Accelerate plus automated email and text campaigns, dynamic list-building tools, 24/7 AI front desk support to turn missed calls into bookings, a built-in sales pipeline, and advanced analytics.
These are Motice’s own published capabilities; none of them is a claim about what Mindbody does.
Every entitlement movement is recorded with who made it, why, and the resulting balance — including the opening entry written during onboarding. "Who reduced this member’s sessions" is a query, not a guess.
Each studio’s data is separated with PostgreSQL row-level security; isolation is not left to a filter in application code.
Motice records the sale and the payment (cash, bank transfer, the studio’s own card terminal, or free) but does not process the payment itself. Mindbody lists integrated payments as plan content — which is the subject of the section below.
Motice’s own interface is Turkish and is built around boutique studio practice in Türkiye. Every screen the front desk and the instructor touch is in the same language.
These are things Motice does not do today. If this is what you need, Motice is the wrong choice.
Mindbody states that its consumer app reaches 3M+ active users, and that the schedule updates in real time across “your website, branded app, the Mindbody app, and Affiliate Network”. Motice has no consumer marketplace; members arrive through the studio’s own portal.
Mindbody lists integrated payments in plan content and describes memberships being processed with expired cards updated automatically. In Motice, online card collection is on the roadmap; today only the record is kept. If collecting on a stored card is central to your business, this is a real difference.
Room and resource management, plus “Pick-a-Spot”, appear in Mindbody’s Accelerate plan. In Motice, capacity is set per class type and per session; a room or piece of equipment is not booked as an independent resource and no clash checking is performed on it.
The Ultimate plan includes email and text campaigns, and Mindbody describes sending data to payroll tools such as ADP, Exact Payroll and Paychex. Motice has no campaign sending — the emails that exist are transactional — and while commission calculation and breakdowns exist, paying the instructor through Motice is on the roadmap.
In Motice each business works with a single location, and no role is granted permission to open a branch. If you run a chain, this alone may decide it.
Every statement about Mindbody was read from the pages below on the date shown. Prices and features can change at the vendor’s discretion; check the source for the current position. If you spot a line that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
